It is once again that time of the year. We are pleased to announce that the Mobility for Vigor and Excellence – University of the Philippines (MOVE-UP) Program will once again be accepting applications for student exchange for the Second Semester (Spring Semester) of AY 2023-2024.

All interested UP undergraduate students must register with their UP Mail and apply online through the UP OIL Portal at https://oilportal.up.edu.ph/.

Kindly choose from the list of participating host universities only in selecting universities for your exchange. The eligibility and documentary requirements to participate in the program can be accessed at:

Take note, we have added one additional requirement:

250 word essay explaining why you want to participate in the exchange program and its relevance to you.

The deadline of applications is on October 1, 2023.

Only complete and on time applications will be prioritized. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Read through the guidelines carefully and ensure that your submission includes all the necessary attachments.

Diligence in completing requirements, attention to detail in reading guidelines, and prompt action will be your best friends during the application process.
