Background & Aims: Female college students are part of undesirable eating habits, and it is essential that their nutritional status and macro and micronutrient adequacy are monitored. The study aims to determine the Women’s Dietary Diversity Score (WDDS) and Waist Circumferences and the pattern between these variables. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, data such as demographic profile; self reported weight, height, and WC; food record; household food insecurity situation; and food environment were gathered from 204 selected female undergraduate college students. The nutritional status was classified, and the WDDS was calculated. Results: The median WDDS was 4, with range from 2 to 8. More than half (54.9%) of the respondents had medium dietary diversity (WDDS = 4–5) score, normal Body Mass Index (65%), and the average risk of metabolic complications based on their WC (74%). In comparison, as the WDDS increases, the waist circumference increases. Conclusion: The selected female college students obtained a medium dietary diversity. Most of them have a normal nutritional status with an average risk of metabolic complications.
