College students are known to develop poor food choices and eating habits due to different factors related to the university life. Hence, it may affect the overall diet of the students which can change their nutritional status. The study aims to determine the relationship of the food choices, eating habits, and the nutritional status of the college students. With 385 respondents that are college students residing in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the study utilized the Food Choice Questionnaire (FCQ), Adult Eating Behaviour Questionnaire (AEBQ), and anthropometric assessment for BMI to answer the objectives. The results show that Mood and Price are the most important factors in choosing foods. The students prioritize their emotions and price in buying foods. Moreover, the Enjoyment of Food is the most agreed part of their eating habits. Students strongly agree that they love food, enjoy eating foods, and look forward to mealtimes. For the nutritional status, 62% of the sample population have normal BMI while 7% are obese. And it was found that there is significant relationship between food choices and eating habits and between eating habits and BMI. Although there is no significant relationship between food choices and BMI.
