As the educational system shifts to remote learning mode, the normal dietary intake of students during the pre-pandemic period may differ from their current dietary intake and their physical activity level can be influenced by the current mode of learning. Therefore, this study aims to assess the physical activity, dietary intake, and body mass index of senior high school students under remote learning mode in Cavite State University- Science High School. Data on 75 senior high school students was collected through online surveys and one-on-one interviews. Results revealed that students have a moderate physical activity level and mainly engage in physical activity through walking for at least 10 minutes as well as through moderate physical activities. Their dietary scores resulted to a level which needs improvement as assessed from the index analysis. Variety was often incorporated in the students’ diet. However, recommended intakes on fruits, vegetables as well as milk and milk products were not met by some and excessive intakes on foods high in fat and sugar was observed. Some food intakes of students were also found to be lacking in terms of energy intake and balance. Their body mass index ranged from 16.41 to 31.69 and more than half of the respondents has a normal nutritional status. Moreover, as the student’s diet quality score increases, their body mass index classification decreases to normal and as the physical activity level of the students increases, their body mass index also decreases, approaching the normal nutritional status. Lastly, as the physical activity level of the student increases, their diet quality score decreases.
