COVID-19 has caused a paradigm shift to all aspects, especially to volunteer organizations. However, some of them may have thrived amidst the pandemic. This is where the concept of organizational resilience goes into the topic, which is defined by Lengnick-Hall, et. al in 2011 as: as the ability to develop capacities and capabilities, and to bounce back from adverse situations. In this case, the Rotary Club of Los Baños Makiling (RCLB-Mak), which was the focus of the study, is located in Los Baños, Laguna. The following were overseen: first, it exhibited the rich human capital and talents of the members of the Rotary Club. Second, organizational resilience promoted club innovations which substantially affected organizational performance, in return the RCLB Mak was the sole recipient of the Most Outstanding Club - Platinum in the District 3820. Third, there were more facilitating than hindering factors. The prominent Filipino values were seen as adapted from Adviento & De Guzman (2010)’s study: Bayanihan (Collective Responsibility for Each Other), Pakikibagay sa Kalikasan (Adaptation to Nature), and Malasakit (Empathy, Care and Concern for the Other). Lastly, strong social capital and human resources helped RCLB-Mak flourished during the pandemic, which was further strengthened with providing recommendations.
