Blended learning was one of the learning modalities utilized in the country particularly when the COVID-19 pandemic took place. Many studies have been conducted to understand and prove its effectiveness however these studies failed to look at it as a modality that consists of many elements that are connected and must collaborate to improve its operation and effectively address its challenges. Hence, the study aimed to explore the experiences of groups of stakeholders involved in blended learning on how they worked together to teach English as well as to identify the challenges they have encountered. A key informant interview and focus group discussions were employed as data-gathering methods while thematic analysis was used to properly organize and discuss the blended learning experiences of the stakeholders. The study found that there are factors that have fostered stakeholder collaboration and proved that they have encountered challenges. While some efforts were made to address these challenges, collaborative solutions were not implemented uniformly. Nonetheless, the Department of Education was also acknowledged to have a critical role in stakeholder collaboration.
